Welcome to my page! My name is Tinker, and as the real "Person" in charge
of the B & B, I would like to invite you to come visit me soon!
Now for a little about myself. I am a very friendly, feisty mini Dachshund.
I have short red hair, and I LOVE meeting new people! Be sure to let "my
people" know that you want to meet me! I really am the Boss around here.
(See my photos below!)
TINKER,the resident Dog
I usually take a dim view
of clothing for myself, but
this dress is really
comfortable!
As the Resident Dog, it is my job
to meet every visitor. I even get to
meet Celebrities on occasion!
This is me with my "person", Janet,
and Grant Wilson of TAPS fame.
Since I am an "Imported Licker",
everyone who wants them gets
kisses!
This is me with my Favorite Vet!
Dr. Trudy is my "people's"
daughter who lives and practices
in Texas. She has Frauline, just
like me only different! Frauline is
a mini Black & Tan longhaired
Dachshund.

I am the one in the middle!

Today I found a strange brown oval "box" in the South Garden! It had a door at each end that it had closed
up tightly. Try as I might, I could not get it open, and my "person", Janet, rescued it from me. It did not open
as we watched, but "took off" later! Tinker's Notes of 8/20/09
My "person", Janet & I went for a walk in the yard, and I "flushed" a cottontail bunny out of the veggie
garden! Boy, did that rabbit startle us both when it took off at high speed! Tinker's Notes of 2010.
Please keep me in your Pet Prayers, I have suffered a back injury and am having trouble getting my hind
legs to work! My owners have dealt with this before, so they are taking good care of me. Updates to follow!
Tinker's Notes October 9, 2010. GOOD NEWS! On October 14th, I was able to get up from sitting, and
walked a few feet outside! More to follow! Tinker. Today, Oct. 15th, I am moving better! Tinker's Notes
I continue to improve with the meds prescribed! Tinker's Notes, Oct. 19th. Today, Oct. 26th, I am even
more improved, still a bit wobbly, tho! OK, I have been improving greatly, and by now, November, I have
reached a "plateau"! I can walk on my own, still a bit wobbly but not so that it interferes! December, I am
MUCH better! As of April, 2011, I am back as much to normal as possible, only a slight crookedness to my
run!

HAPPY HARVEST!
Here I am, posing with the only pumpkin
we grew from 3 plants! This year, 2010,
the deer ATE all of our plants! (I'm still
not sure about the hat!)

my eyes open for a

October 19th, 2010 I am
getting better with the meds
my doctors prescribed!
In December, we had a COLD "Three Dog
Night", followed by a "Two Sweater Morning!" I
can walk fine now!TINKER'S NOTES 1/3/11
