All Guest Rooms and Suites are on the second floor of the Old School and they
each have their own private bathroom within the room. Each Guest Room or Suite
is furnished with antiques in a late Victorian style with modern conveniences.
Please note: A request for a room change for the second or subsequent nights will
result in a cleaning charge of $35 + tax, plus the additional room charge if higher
than the original room.

Relax surrounded by the soft lilac color of this Suite, our
largest at 325 sq. ft., with a shower in the en-suite bath, and
a Bain Ultra massaging tub in the room. This two-person tub
has heated backrests and underwater Chromatherapy lights.
A drop-front desk, northern exposure, a queen Victorian bed,
an antique Wicker chaise lounge and New Orleans armoire
complete the setting. This Suite was freshly re-painted in
May, 2010.
One of our
largest Guest Accommodations at 322 sq. ft., this Suite is
always popular with Newlyweds. An Eastlake bedroom
suite with queen bed, Rosewood armoire and a
two-person jetted tub in the en-suite bathroom (no
shower) make this a very special place. This suite was
freshly re-painted in May, 2010.
This room has 270 sq. ft. of space,
a four-poster Canopy queen bed, plus a twin bed for that
third adult guest. There is a bat-wing dresser against a
soft sage green backdrop and a large shower for two in
the private en-suite bathroom. There is no tub in this
room.
Colors of pink and burgundy glow in this room of 195
sq. ft., with a warm southwest exposure.
The brass bed is queen size, and there is a writing desk
and chair for your convenience, plus a Victorian settee.
The en-suite bathroom has a two-person Bain Ultra
massaging tub with heated backrests and underwater
Chromatherapy lights. There is no shower in this room.
Each guest room & suite has it's
own "Homework Scrapbook",
which contains lots of
information on both the Bed &
Breakfast and the surrounding
areas. Please be sure to look at
your room's scrapbook when you
visit!

For the safety of all of our guests, all the Guest
Rooms and Suites have a deadbolt on the entry
door. There are no peepholes in the doors, and the
windows are very high from the ground. These
things keep our Guest Accommodations safe and
private for you!
