MENU'S
We offer a variety of breakfast dishes, created for the health and
enjoyment of our guests. Each morning's offerings are carefully
planned in advance to accommodate any dietary considerations.
Our breakfasts include such dishes as: fresh fruit or fruit cobbler,
a hearty main entree`, and varied breads such as biscuits,
muffins, and flavored breads. We use the freshest organic and
most healthful ingredients available. Missouri-made coffee & juice
are also served.

Prosperity Apple Puff
Creamy Scrambled Eggs with sausage
Hashbrown Eggs with pork or turkey
Warm Fruit Cobblers such as Blackberry,
Raspberry or Peaches
Veggie Scrambled Eggs
A Hearty Meat & Potato Casserole
Lemon or Banana Bread, biscuits or muffins
Fresh Seasonal Fruit with all dishes, and of
course fresh coffee and juice!
Breakfasts at Prosperity School Bed & Breakfast
Prosperity School is a "Green" property. We have always practiced
recycling, and we encourage our guests to do the same. We provide a
flip-top container by the upstairs fridge for rinsed cans and bottles, so
please help us protect our environment by depositing cans & bottles
here, not in the waste baskets. We also have a compost bin that we
"feed" with yard trimmings and kitchen scraps. In addition, we use
laundry detergents that are dye and fragrance-free, and we use
re-usable bags for all of our shopping!

The Victorian Parlor is separated from the
Dining Room by the Proscenium archway,
originally on the upstairs stage. The parlor
offers a quiet place to read, visit, or
reminisce. Glassware and family pictures
add interest, including the framed Marriage
Certificate from 1913 uniting Janet's
maternal grandparents.
